Shipping & COD Policy

We aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping with us. We offer free shipping for all orders above 1999/- within Pakistan.

We ship all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase and are delivered within 2-5 days after dispatched. Delivery is handled by our partnering courier service providers (Blue-Ex, Post-Ex, CallCourier, Pakistan Post Office, Trax & TCS)

Customers will be provided with tracking information once shipment is dispatched via email or SMS. In some cases, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments caused by the courier service provider.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders that may appear suspicious or fraudulent.
